From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. the room exceeded all my expectations - the heating was perfect, the sitting area was cozy, and the terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the attention to detail was impeccable, with free toiletries provided and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. Overall, the Palace Hotel truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
